BREATH HOLD TECHNIQUES
You will learn to hold your breath for 3 minutes or longer

TO CLEAR EARS AND EQUALIZE
According to Boyle-Mariott's law, the pressure in the air-filled middle ear during the dive differs from the pressure in the environment, and we will teach you how to easily equalize and dive at any depth with the help of Valsalva and Frenzel maneuvers
We will teach you to swim breaststroke, crawl, butterfly stroke under water and optionally on the surface upon request
We will teach you the techniques of fractional breathing, breathing exercises that allow you to increase the volume of lungs and the volume of the chest, and alsofully stimulate your respiratory system
DUCK DIVE WITH AND WITHOUT FINS
We will teach you to swim without fins for a distance of 50 meters/160 feet (in length) and more with just one breath at a depth of 6 meters/20 feet. We will teach you to use a monofin and dive a distance of more than 75 meters/250 feet (in length), with one breath.
IMPROVE YOUR PERFOMANCE
Are you an underwater hunter or a freediver with an average breath holding? We will customize your training program to increase the breath holding under water in motion and without. We teach how to act in extreme situations during open water swimming and swimming indoors, make your freediving safer and being under water more comfortable. We will prepare you for apnea competitions at any level.
